If you are a student or staff member at Cardiff Met you can visit the Guides page which has information on how to connect using a variety of different devices and operating systems. Eduroam requires you to enter your username in the format student/staffID@cardiffmet.ac.uk eg. st12345678@cardiffmet.ac.uk, and not just your username. You are strongly advised to read through the setup guides for first-time connection.
If you are having difficulty with this then there are lots of support guides available, as well as FAQs. Support can also be obtained by contacting the IT Helpdesk on 02920 417000, or emailing ithelpdesk@cardiffmet.ac.uk. IT Advisors are also available at the Learning Centres who will help with any connection issues.
